Using Tayseer-MED
The basic responsibilities and expectations for accounts, courses, and private lesson requests.
An eligible paid course provides account-linked, self-paced access to the lessons and materials listed on that course page. It does not include private tutoring, clinical consultation, patient care, certification, or medical advice. Private lessons are separately arranged.
Tayseer-MED course material is for academic study by medical students. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical supervision, local protocols, professional medical judgment, patient-specific care, or emergency services.
Keep your sign-in details private and use your own account. Tell us promptly if you notice an unfamiliar sign-in. Account access may be limited when sharing, misuse, or a security risk is identified.
Course videos, downloads, and tutor materials are for your individual study. Do not record, copy, republish, sell, or share them unless Tayseer-MED gives written permission.
A preferred time is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A lesson is confirmed only after Tayseer-MED accepts the request. Contact support as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a confirmed lesson.
An eligible course may present a manual CliQ payment option in JOD. Paid course purchases are generally final after digital access is delivered, except where applicable law or the Tayseer-MED Refund Policy provides otherwise. Once approved, course access does not expire and remains tied to the purchasing account. Review the course, price, included materials, and account details before paying.
Read the Refund PolicyPrivate lesson arrangements are separate from self-paced digital course purchases. Contact support as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a lesson request. Any lesson-related refund request is reviewed according to the service already provided, the separate arrangement, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.
University and curriculum names describe the intended student audience and subject alignment. Institutional affiliation or endorsement is stated only when it is expressly identified on the website.
