Course access
A course purchase covers account-linked, self-paced access to the lessons and materials listed on its course page. Private tutoring is arranged separately and is not included. Course content is educational and is not medical advice.
Courses are paid by CliQ in JOD. Your purchase page shows the amount, where to send it, the order ID and where your payment stands.
Step 1
Open a course and press "Buy course", then "Continue". If you are signed out, sign in or create your student account first; you come back to the same course.
Step 2
Your purchase page shows the exact amount, the CliQ alias or mobile number, the name shown to you when you pay, and the order ID.
Step 3
Open your bank app, choose CliQ, and send the exact amount once to the alias or mobile number on your purchase page. Check that the name your bank shows matches.
Step 4
Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation, attach it and press "I have paid". The receipt is required: a screenshot of the receipt is all you need. We only check payments that have a receipt attached.
Step 5
Payments with a receipt are normally checked within 48 hours. We email you when your course opens. If you see "One more step", open your purchase and follow the note there. A closed purchase does not open the course.
Purchase policy
Paid course purchases are generally final after digital access is delivered, except where applicable law or the Tayseer-MED Refund Policy provides otherwise. Review the course title, amount, and order ID on your purchase page before you pay.
Read the Refund PolicyCourse access is tied to the account that bought it. If a course has an access end date, its course page shows the date before you pay, and access ends at the end of that day, Jordan time. You can open the course from your dashboard while your access lasts.
