Course access
A course purchase covers account-linked, self-paced access to the lessons and materials listed on its course page. Private tutoring is arranged separately and is not included. Course content is educational and is not medical advice.
Eligible courses use a verified manual CliQ payment order in JOD. Your authenticated Payment order shows the recipient details, currency, amount, Order ID, and status.
Step 1
Open a course and select "Buy this course." If you are signed out, sign in or create your account. After you return to the course, select "Continue to payment" to create the order.
Step 2
Before creating the order, enter the exact Arabic or English sender name your bank will show in the receiver's CliQ SMS. The Payment order then records that name with a unique Order ID and the exact amount due.
Step 3
When CliQ is offered, open your bank app, choose CliQ, and use only the alias or mobile number and exact amount on your authenticated Payment order. Confirm the displayed beneficiary, send once, and keep the banking receipt.
Step 4
Return to your Payment order and choose "Upload payment receipt." Upload a clear image or PDF that shows the completed payment. Your status changes to Under review; you do not need to send the receipt in a chat.
Step 5
Please allow up to 48 hours after uploading a clear receipt. Approved means the course is ready in your account. If the status is Needs attention, open the Payment order and follow the message shown there. A receipt that needs correction may take longer. Cancelled orders are not approved.
Purchase policy
Paid course purchases are generally final after digital access is delivered, except where applicable law or the Tayseer-MED Refund Policy provides otherwise. Review the course title, amount, and Order ID on the Payment order before completing your payment.
